The Risk Assessor should evaluate the proposed counter-measures against the threat, providing feedback. The Defense Architect should then iterate on the plan, proposing more robust solutions, adapting its reasoning budget for complex analysis, and considering resource constraints (e.g., budget, time) communicated by a simulated 'Project Manager' agent.
