Develop Forgetting Metrics and Optimization Strategy

Define and implement the quantitative metrics to measure catastrophic forgetting (e.g., accuracy degradation on old tasks). Based on these metrics, propose and implement at least one concrete strategy within your LangGraph or Qdrant interactions to actively reduce the forgetting score, beyond basic RAG.
