As the orchestrator, define the key actors (AutoGen agents) in your simulated AI chip supply chain: 'Manufacturer', 'LogisticsProvider', 'ProcurementAgent', and 'RiskAnalyst'. Describe their roles, responsibilities, and the initial state of the supply chain (e.g., inventory levels, production capacity, existing contracts). This will form your `autogen_config.py` and `initial_state.json`.
